🧰 Position Summary: HVAC Lead Installer

As a Lead Installer, you’ll perform residential and light-commercial HVAC installations to our highest standards while delivering a 5-star experience to our customers.

✅ What You Bring to the Table:

• Proficiency installing HVAC systems
• Comfortable with ductless, two-stage, and variable capacity systems
• Strong in brazing, pressure testing, and pulling deep vacuums
• Calm under pressure with solid problem-solving skills
• Physically capable and able to work in Arizona conditions
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused

📋 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC installations
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• EPA Certification required
