Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate construction projects and change orders
- Create, monitor, and proactively keep projects on budget
- Make monthly cost forecasts
Requirements:
- Estimating experience
- Strong computer skills
- Scheduling experience
- Able to interact with owners with varying knowledge of the building process and walk them through the design process
- A team player
- Able to handle multiple concurrent projects and work independently with minimal supervision
- A strong sense of value in making design decisions
- Well-rounded knowledge of construction
- Able to work 50 hours per week on a regular basis
