Your Opportunity Impact

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of design, permit and construction drawings as directed by Project Manager
- Ability to understand building elements and systems
- Ability to manage time appropriately to ensure that tasks are completed timely, accurately and on budget.
- Understanding of building design and general code requirements.
- Possess strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Demonstrate initiative in suggesting solutions to the design team.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to serve the design team.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
Education and Experience
- Junior or senior student working towards their Associates and/or bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology, Sustainable Design or related Architectural Degree program.
- Technical hands-on experience with AutoCAD & Revit Software and Microsoft Office products.
- Possible Day trip to a project site to assist with conduct an existing building survey.
- Knowledge of utilizing measuring devices to obtain applicable data and dimensions
- Strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
