Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or a related field.
- Familiarity with retirement plan types, including 401(k), IRAs, and pension plans.
- High level customer service experience with a focus on financial services.
- Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance related to retirement plans.
- Experience with retirement plan implementation and administration
- Experience with investment selection and monitoring
Requirements
- CRPS certification is a plus
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
