THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking an experienced Director to join our Tax and Audit & Attest (A&A) teams to drive client success, mentor future leaders, and contribute to the strategic growth of our firm. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future—serving as trusted advisors to clients, guiding high-performing teams, and driving innovation in the profession. LOCATIONS: Hybrid or Onsite - Washington State, Western WA (Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King and Pierce County), Central WA (Wenatchee, Yakima, Tri-Cities) Eastern WA (Spokane area) Oregon State, Remote or Hybrid - (Portland Area, Salem, Eugene, Bend, and Medford)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead complex client engagements, providing high-level advisory services in Tax or Audit & Attest.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner for their financial and business needs.
- Oversee technical reviews of financial statements, tax filings, and other deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor and develop senior professionals, fostering leadership growth and expertise within the firm.
- Contribute to business development by identifying and securing new opportunities for firm growth.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on operational strategies, practice management, and long-term firm vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required.
- 10 years of experience in public accounting, with expertise in Tax or Audit & Attest.
- Proven leadership in managing client relationships and guiding high-performing teams.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to provide strategic insights to clients and firm leadership.
- A passion for business development, operational excellence, and firm-wide success.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
