Our Client is a publicly traded food manufacturing and distributing company committed to delivering high-quality products to customers. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate General Counsel to join the dynamic and collaborative legal team. This person will report directly to C-Suite and have the opportunity to grow with the company, working on a variety of corporate generalist matters.
This position is fully onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters.
- Advise on employment-related issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support corporate governance activities, including drafting consents and resolutions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including master purchase agreements, master service agreements, vendor agreements, and IT agreements.
- Support the administration of the company's global compliance program and manage litigation matters.
