Responsibilities :
- Draft substantive motions and briefs, including motions to dismiss, demurrers, motions to compel arbitration, mediation briefs, oppositions to class certifications, and motions for summary judgment.
- Consult with the trial team to formulate briefing strategies.
- Analyze case facts, evaluate applicable legal authority, and create persuasive arguments.
- Draft mediation statements and briefs as needed.
- Review evidence for mediation statements and briefs.

Salary Range : $125,000 to $175,000 annually (contingent on relevant experience and education) performance-based bonuses
