We are currently partnered with a premier law firm offering top-tier legal services. They are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join their remote team and handle complex commercial disputes.
Commercial Litigation Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Assist in trial preparation and attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and maintain client relations.
- Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy development.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and assist in business development efforts.
Commercial Litigation Associate Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one state.
- 2-7 years of commercial litigation experience (contract disputes, business torts, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Client-focused with excellent attention to detail.
