The Compliance Manager - Retail Card will be responsible for:
- Provides comprehensive coverage for a significant business or functional area across all legal entities and jurisdictions where the bank operates
- Typically a subject matter expert for a key functional Compliance area and business.
- Strong understanding of the ABC regulations (Reg. Z, V/FCRA, B, E, P, CAN-SPAM, SCRA, MLA, etc.)
- Provides advanced analysis and/or specialized reporting to support business partners, functional areas or centers of expertise
The Compliance Manager - Retail Card should have the following qualifications:
- 7 years of applicable experience.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Represents Compliance on internal or external committees relating to designated business activities as required
- Ability to work independently.
