The Construction Counsel will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing subcontracts, purchase orders, construction agreements, and other legal documents related to construction projects. You will work closely with various internal business units to ensure the successful execution of projects while managing legal risks and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, with the ability to navigate complex contractual arrangements and provide sound legal advice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Construction Counsel will :
