Key Responsibilities :
- In-depth understanding of acquisition agreements and related documentation for complex M&A and private equity deals, with proficiency in drafting & negotiating of these documents / contracts.
- Leading and managing due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements, contracts, and other critical documents.
- Overseeing the entire transaction process from inception to closing, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, providing legal advice and updates on transaction progress.
- Advising clients on corporate governance matters and general corporate law issues.
