Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in litigation matters, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on litigation risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and manage litigation budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Texas or Arizona.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial law, with a strong emphasis on contract negotiation and drafting.
