A leading wealth management division of a global bank is seeking expert attorneys in estate planning for ultra high net worth clients in Dallas, Austin, or Houston. There is both an opportunity for a director level counsel and a supporting associate to join the team. Ideal candidates will have direct exposure creating, explaining, and executing sophisticated estate plans for the complex needs of UHNW clients and their families. Experience at a top law firm, wealth management firm, or family office is required. The role will be a hybrid position and will work cloesly with a team of attorneys, tax specialists, and relevant advisors that manage client relationships.
Requirements:
- 3-8 years estate planning support, preparation of documents, and coordination with clients
- or 10 years experience in estate planning and gift tax, running meetings with clients, and managing relationships with financial advisors
- JD required, LLM, CPA and other advanced degrees a plus
- Ideally UHNW client experience
