Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, insurance regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate and oversee the consolidation of financial data from various departments to produce accurate and timely reports.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including actuarial, underwriting, and operations teams, to gather key financial data and insights for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

- 5 years of financial reporting experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, statutory accounting principles (SAP), and financial regulations impacting the life and health insurance sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems.
