- Compliance Oversight : Ensure company-wide compliance with State and Federal laws, including CMS Regulations, HIPAA, HITECH, and Michigan Hospital and Nursing Home Operation Laws.
- Legal Representation : Prepare legal documents and represent the company in legal proceedings.
