What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of BSA, AML, and Financial Crimes - Capital Markets position at Larson Maddox?
A global bank is seeking a financial crimes executive to serve as BSA Officer for the capital markets business and broker dealer of the firm. An ideal candidate will have experience dealing with related financial crimes program management and is capabale of making appropraite enhancements and implementing any policy changes. Experience with AML, Sanctions, Anti-Brirbery and Corruption, and BSA compliance are necessary. The role will also manage a small team and be supported by additional staff. The will involve advisory compliance repsonsibilities but will also be heavily involved in the daily execution of the compliance program, special projects, and internal controls. A strong background with products is preferred, and any exposure to emerging risk would be a plus.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience within financial crimes for capital markets
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to be hands-on
- Experience dealing directly with regulators
- Advisory experience, comfort presenting to a board, and policy implementation experience is a plus
- Advanced degress are a plus
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
