The general counsel is seeking a transactional lawyer to structure and negotiate deals, handle on contract drafting and directly advise business leadership.
Responsibilities of the Senior Counsel
- Provide strategic legal support for business and real estate transactions, corporate structures, compliance, and internal operations.
- Offer practical legal advice and act as a trusted advisor.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and documents.
- Manage and coordinate with outside counsel, and support litigation and disputes.
- Structure and negotiate transactions for the family office and related entities.
- Support employment matters, including policy development and risk management.
- Provide project management support for significant real estate or asset acquisitions.
- Stay updated on new laws and policy developments affecting the company.
- Provide support on legal matters and issues as needed
