Litigation Attorney

We are partnered with a reputable national client seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their Denver office. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters in a range of industries. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in litigation, including both state and federal court proceedings, as well as administrative matters and arbitrations. The role offers a dynamic environment with the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including conducting factual investigations and discovery.
• Prepare pleadings, take depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed and guide them through litigation strategies.
• Participate in both state and federal court matters, with additional exposure to administrative matters and arbitrations.

Requirements:

• 2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial or civil litigation in both state and federal courts.
• Ability to take depositions, brief and argue dispositive and discovery motions, and manage client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Active Colorado bar license or commitment to obtaining one promptly.
• JD from an accredited university with strong academic credentials.
