Responsibilities:
- Monitor and confirm compliance with FERC, NERC, and PJM requirements, including scheduled requests, self-certifications, and investigations.
- Collaborate with SMEs in operations, planning, and other departments to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities in procedures.
- Assist in investigating, documenting, and submitting potential violations to regulatory organizations for timely resolution.
- Coordinate and prepare for compliance audits, including mock audits, audit workbooks, and evidence organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Seven or more years of experience in a compliance or audit role, with knowledge of NERC Operations & Planning standards.
- Experience in a regulated entity, especially in the energy sector or other regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services).
- Strong communication, leadership, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
