Perform electromechanical repair of equipment with multi-functional use.

Perform electromechanical repair of equipment with multi-functional use.
- Makes preventative maintenance checks and inspections as required and on time.
- Assures that proper documentation is filled out and spare parts are accurately maintained and identified to provide rapid response to problems.
- Evaluate equipment malfunctions with a sense of urgency to minimize downtime.
- Modify equipment as necessary to improve safety, quality, productivity and reliability.
- Perform tasks in a quality fashion by meeting or exceeding the internal customers’ requirements.
- Ability to perform welding and metal fabrication duties.
- Follows and promotes on the job safety expectations. (eyes, ears and L.O.T.O.)
- Maintains proper housekeeping expectations.
- Tries out equipment after repair and leaves it and the area in a clean safe condition.
- Train operators on the proper use of equipment.
- Two year technical training degree in two or more of the following pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic circuits, PLC, welding, machining and electro-mechanical trouble shooting or equivalent experience.
- Reading and writing skills are essential. Ability to read and comprehend simple correspondence. Ability to process specified instructions.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
- PLC software experience preferred.
