About the Role
As a Finance Manager at Larson Automotive Group, you’ll play a critical role in maximizing dealership profitability by offering tailored finance and insurance products to customers purchasing new and used vehicles. You'll collaborate closely with sales teams and lenders to streamline the financing process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance and insurance programs, extended warranties, and other value-added products.
- Convert cash deals into financed transactions to optimize dealership revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance sources.
- Process finance and lease deals accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local finance regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to structure profitable deals.
- Educate and train team members on financing products and best practices.
- Monitor key performance metrics and continuously seek improvement.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and assist with financing concerns.
- Contribute positively to a fast-paced, energetic, team-oriented culture.

Requirements:- 2-3 years in the retail automotive industry
- Minimum of 1 year finance manager experience with proven track record
- Strong Negotiation and presentation skills
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product offerings.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
