Day Time Cleaning Crew Member

Larson's Steam Clean, LLC is looking for cleaning crew members to join our team to do daytime construction and detail cleans in Marion, Lake, and Sumter Counties. Our ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, hard-working, takes pride in their work, and has an open daytime availability.

Job Description

Currently looking for motivated people to clean residential homes. A willingness to learn and perform proper cleaning techniques is essential. The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. The work is located from Ocala to The Villages. You will be required to drive to the home office in Belleview every scheduled shift to meet up with the rest of the crew so please account for that when deciding whether this position is right for you. A current, valid drivers license and personally usable reliable transportation are a requirement. This work includes construction cleaning of new home builds as well as move out cleans or detail cleans of occupied or previously occupied residences.

Availability to work day shifts Monday through Friday starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 7pm and an occasional weekend shift is essential

Schedule posted weekly using a mobile app so you are always informed

Part time that can lead to more depending on your availability.

$14/hour to start (more pay available to employees as they advance)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Clean designated residential areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, windows, power washing, floors, and restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Will go over in detail what is required of job

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven working experience as a cleaner
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and Honesty is a must
• High school diploma or GED
• Drivers licence is required
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to learn and utilize Larson's cleaning techniques.
