We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in a vibrant restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast paced casual but fun dining and possess excellent bartending skills to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
- Collaborate with bar manager on new cocktail ideas
Skills
- Proficient in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is a plus
