Duties
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies and food
- Create innovative menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring high-quality food is served promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen management role
- Proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques
- Knowledge of Southern California style Tacos is a bonus!
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff effectively
- Experience in staff training is beneficial
- Understanding of kitchen operations and inventory control
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
