Overview
FULL TIME Maintenance Technician at Prescott's Premier Senior Living Community. Hours to start will be Monday - Friday 7:30AM to 3:30PM. The position will transition after a few weeks to Wednesday - Sunday 9AM to 5PM.
Must be able to pass a level one fingerprint clearance card from DPS. Las Fuentes covers the application cost.

The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment. The Maintenance Technician will work collaboratively with other team members to uphold safety standards and enhance the functionality of our work environment. Experience in HVAC service a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory on a smart phone app.
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
- Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with our residents, team members, and management.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field a plus
