Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and conducting regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production when necessary, ensuring timely service.
- Participate in shift management activities, including training new staff members and overseeing bar operations during your shift.
- Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and seasonal offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender with a strong understanding of mixology principles.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage high-volume service periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by business needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
