We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during peak service times.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the kitchen supervisor.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment is required.
