The Apartment Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of residential properties. Duties

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee the leasing process, including selling available units and negotiating lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, contracts, and legal documents.
• Utilize property management software.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current residents.
• Address tenant concerns and resolve disputes in a timely manner while adhering to legal administrative procedures.

Skills

• Proficiency in office management and administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with Excel
• Strong sales skills with an ability to sell properties effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills for contract discussions and tenant agreements.
