Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. As a CT Technician, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality diagnostic images for our patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and be able to operate CAT scan equipment safely and efficiently. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CAT scan equipment to produce diagnostic images of designated portions of the body.
- Adjust equipment and patient positioning to achieve optimal results.
- Explain procedures to patients and provide emotional support as needed.
- Record and maintain data on magnetic disc, tape, PACS, and logs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Texas Medical Board Certification as Medical Radiologic Technologist.
- ARRT (R) Registration.
- Current BCLS certification.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
