Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in our Pediatric ICU provides direct nursing care to critically ill patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. This role requires a Texas nursing license and certifications in ACLS, BCLS, and PALS, as well as experience in a pediatric intensive care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, assessing and responding to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address concerns
Qualifications:
We seek a candidate with a strong foundation in critical care nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
