Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily unit activities and staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Coordinate staff efforts to meet patient and customer needs.
- Develop and implement quality improvement processes for the unit.
- Perform chart audits for quality improvement and risk reduction.
- Anticipate and improve staffing based on unit needs.
Requirements
- Texas or Compact State Nursing License RN required.
- BCLS Certification.
- NRP Certification.
- ACLS Certification.
- PALS Certification.
- C-NPT within two years of hire.
- TNCC & ENPC within one year of hire.
