Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong educational foundation, ideally an AA degree or higher, along with relevant experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities. A valid California driver's license and a clean driving record are also required, as well as the ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and efficiently.

Your Qualifications
- AA Degree or higher desired; experience may be substituted for education.
- At least 1 year of experience working in ILS or teaching individuals who are developmentally disabled.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Personal vehicle for transportation of individuals served, current and valid California driver's license, and a driving record that meets agency standards.
