What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Partnerships Intern position at Las Vegas Lights FC?
Position Summary
The Corporate Partnerships Intern is responsible for assisting the day-to-day Corporate Partnerships Activation efforts as well as assisting the New Business efforts with prospecting and administrative items.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with Activation team to effectively manage all partner tickets and offers
- Assist with collecting data, photos, and proof of performance metrics for post season partner recaps
- Help maintain the Las Vegas Lights FC asset tracker
- Work with Activation Coordinator at all Las Vegas Lights FC home games to provide world class customer service to all partners
- Support Corporate Partnership team with gameday communication to prospects and current partners
- Build prospecting lists as identified by the VP and CRO
- Assist stadium ops as needed on both non-matchdays and matchday with setup needs
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of being a team player
- Desire to generate revenue through corporate partnership sales
- Detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the soccer, sports, and/or entertainment industry
Essential Functions:
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Communicate across departments
- Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully
- Must be able to attend all Las Vegas Lights home matches
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time through the day
- Lift at least 20 pounds
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment
