We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in the travel Agency. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Coordinate office events and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with medical receptionist or dental office procedures is a plus
- Korean and English should be fluent in writing and verbal
