Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Administer esthetic laser treatments as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Prescribe medications and manage psychopharmacology for patients with mental health needs.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures when necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies and preventive care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in esthetic laser treatment techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical records management systems and ICD-10 coding.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and psychopharmacology principles.
- Previous experience in clinical research or cardiac catheterization is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
