Key Responsibilities:- Support the Café Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Supervise and motivate team members during shifts.
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Train and onboard new staff members.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and help with closing/opening duties.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Step in as acting manager when the Café Manager is off duty.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
