Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Rainbow and Oquendo store, ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing sales, and leading a dedicated team. You'll play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in retail management or a related area, with a preference for convenience store experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and inventory management.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
