Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all team members deliver outstanding customer service while achieving business objectives. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, manage inventory, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in convenience or grocery stores.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
