The Producer for the Las Vegas Raiders will work alongside a team of video professionals within Silver and Black Productions. This role will be responsible for planning, producing, editing and distributing Raider's studio programming. This position will report to the Manager of Live Programming.

Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate a variety of production-oriented tasks, objectives, planning and scheduling from start to finish
- Work with hosts to research topics and themes to write scripts, graphic sheets and formats
- Line produce multiple shows a week (Live and taped)
- Operate switcher, XPression (Graphics) and Mira replay system during shows
- Identify interesting storylines amongst Raider team, and incorporate into studio programming
- Work various support roles on productions when you are not primary producer
- Collaborate with other producers and video production positions to ensure all duties and goals are being executed properly and on-time
- Ideate and conceptualize content ideas to be packaged inside Raiders owned long-form programs
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate show topics and themes
- Execute time-sensitive decisions
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film/Communications/Art or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience and demo reel required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Ability to work independently without supervision, and with a team to establish project deliverables; plus, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative
- General understanding of NFL rules, teams, players, and culture
- Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed
- Studio and control room experience preferred
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
- Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
- Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
