Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Line Service - Worker is to support and service the aircraft while on the ground.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Sands Aviation, LLC policies, practices, and procedures. All Sands Aviation, LLC Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Order and shop for supplies and stock required for aircraft and operations.
- Load and offload aircraft.
- Pick up and deliver luggage and various items.
- Marshal aircraft.
- Schedule VIP car detailing.
- Greet passengers and assist with baggage.
- Assist with aircraft launch and recovery operations.
- Supervise fueling operations.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on shop and ground support equipment.
- Assess, evaluate and review technical operation for the purposes of organizing the repair or troubleshooting of potential repair, and/or providing direction on work, tasks or processes in accordance with company guidelines.
- Arrange timeline to complete tasks and department assignments or projects, and meet the deadlines related to those assignments.
- Evaluate information to render an opinion or take action based on that information that will affect the department or function.
- Possess skills to hasten resolution, assess course of action, and implement or take action based upon findings.
- Direct others in completion of a task or assignment.
- Render advice, and provide expertise or judgment based on information gathered, studied, analyzed or reviewed.
- Perform job duties in a safe manner.
- Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Previous experience in the airline industry is a plus.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to LVS appearance standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to:
- Lift or carry 50 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
- Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.
- Ability for prolonged periods of time to walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
- Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
- Must be able to touch and handle supplies in a safe and non-hazardous manner, maintaining proper hygiene, cleanliness, and disposal methods.
