Job Summary
- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staff management, and patient flow. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Resolve any patient issues or complaints
- Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare providers and organizations in the community
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide regular feedback.
- Contributes to staff meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all clinical activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery.
- Review and update clinical policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication between staff and management.
- Handle escalated clinical issues and client complaints.
- Tracks and report on clinical metrics and outcomes.
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare management or administration preferred or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a clinical setting
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant licensure or certification as required by state or country regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
