Group Leader - Fiberglass Duct Assembly
· Past experience of having the ability to lead a team is preferred.
· Experience assembling parts in a fast-paced environment preferable. Will train.
· Must be able to withstand working with fiberglass material.
· Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
· Ability to diagnose and solve problems
· Ability to read and properly use a tape measure.
· Must have ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
· Demonstrate knowledge of size and location when obtaining raw materials.
· Demonstrate ability to recognize common product defects
· Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
· Lean manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Will train.
· Perform other job duties as assigned.
· Able to lift up to 5-25 pounds occasionally
· Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
· Must be able to maintain good attendance
