What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse - Order Puller position at LaSalle Bristol?
Working in a fast paced, high-volume position is crucial for the execution of daily order fulfillment. Warehouse Team Members will work closely with other employees to pick and pack orders for customers, using scan guns, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders and by hand/cart.
Responsibilities:
· Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently from the warehouse area to the staging area for delivery using a scan gun.
· Ensuring and operating equipment in safe operating condition.
· Following all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· Good work history and attendance record.
· Meet the physical demands of the position including frequently reaching (product can be picked off the floor or shelves 4 – 8 ft. high), using ladder, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. and team lifting between 51-75 lbs. throughout the duration of the shift.
· If certified to drive a forklift, able to get on/off the equipment frequently.
· Ability to use a scan gun.
· Ability to read, write and count.
· Comprehensive problem-solving skills.
· Ability to meet productivity goals.
· Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work overtime if needed.
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
