What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Admin Specialist position at LaSalle Corrections?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answers phones and coordinating calendars, including meetings, conferences and appointments, on behalf of the IT Department
Operates independently and collaboratively with other team members to make decisions on priorities
Uses tact, sound judgment and confidentiality in performing responsibilities
Manage reimbursement requests and consumable supply levels
Manage ordering, tracking, receipt, fielding of all IT assets
Coordinate complex travel arrangements
Assist when appropriate in preparation and drafting of documents and presentations
Provide personal assistance on various projects and activities
Prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
Additional duties as assigned

Administrative, clerical, and customer service experience required
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability and willingness to learn new systems quickly and use technology effectively
A two-year or four-year degree in an IT-related area and/or certifications are a plus

Pay: $12-24 per hour depending on experience.
