The Accounting Systems Manager will serve a dual-purpose role, supporting corporate and inventory accounting functions while driving efficiencies and improvements within the company's PeopleSoft system.
Accounting Systems Manager Responsibilities :
- Leading the upgrade to a new version of PeopleSoft, documenting SOPs, and ensuring seamless system implementation
- Acting as a critical liaison between IT and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
- Managing accounting functions such as monthly close processes, audit participation, product margin analysis, purchase orders (POs), and inventory reserves
- Collaborating with the supply chain team to address distribution-related accounting needs and ensure alignment across departments
