In this critical role, you'll ensure the smooth financial operations of our client's real estate business, managing billing, payments and financial reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process, record and monitor incoming payments and invoices from tenants and clients. Ensure timely and accurate recording of all transactions
- Manage outgoing payments, vendor invoices and expense tracking, ensuring all expenses align with budgets and company policies
- Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Generate detailed reports for management, offering insights into cash flow and financial trends
- Work closely with the finance team and property managers to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and/or payable, preferably in real estate or property management
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus!)
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
