Our client, an Insurance Agency organization, located in Brentwood, TN; is in need of an Application Solutions Architect. Their ideal candidate will be an expert in Application Architecture and is incredibly hands-on! The pay range for this role is $140,000-$160,000. This position is Hybrid (T/W/TH in office).

Application Solutions Architect Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable, high-performance software applications that align with industry best practices
- Deep understanding of Java, AWS, Angular, and Microservices Architecture-open to exploring and evaluating additional tools and technologies
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Partner with development teams, project managers, and business analysts to drive successful project outcomes
- Define integration strategies to ensure seamless communication across enterprise systems
- Build solutions that handle increasing loads while optimizing performance
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Maintain clear technical documentation and mentor junior team members
Application Solutions Architect Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years in Application Architecture
- Strong expertise in Java, AWS, Angular, and Microservices Architecture
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
