Our client, an insurance organization, located in the Nashville area; is in need of a full-time Applications Solutions Architect . The pay range for this role is $120,000-$140,000. This position is Hybrid.
Applications Solutions Architect Responsibilities :
- Engineer comprehensive, end-to-end solutions tailored to business needs while adhering to industry standards and best practices
- Develop and deploy scalable, high-performance software applications and systems
- Serve as a technical leader in the design and integration of software components, ensuring consistency and quality
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of diverse technologies, frameworks, and programming languages, particularly in Java, AWS, Angular, and Microservices Architecture
- Evaluate and select the most appropriate technologies and tools to meet project objectives
- Conduct Proofs of Concept (POC) to validate recommended tools and stacks
- Partner with stakeholders to understand and evaluate business needs
- Transform business requirements into detailed technical specifications and architectural solutions
- Coordinate with development teams, project managers, and business analysts to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior developers and other team members
- Design and implement strategies for integrating complex enterprise systems
- Ensure the seamless functionality and communication of different system components
- Develop scalable solutions capable of handling evolving business demands and increased system loads
- Conduct performance evaluations and optimize critical systems for efficiency
- Incorporate robust security measures into software design and implementation
- Ensure alignment with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements
- Produce detailed documentation for architectural designs, processes, and system functionalities
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team expertise and promote learning
