Bilingual HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face and voice for employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and addressing HR-related inquiries with care and professionalism
- Manage employee records and data with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Assist with benefits administration, guiding employees through questions and enrollment processes
- Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives, new hire orientation and HR projects that foster a thriving company culture
- Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings and communicating with candidates
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish to support our client’s diverse workforce
- 1 years in an HR role or administrative capacity preferred, with a solid grasp of HR operations
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (experience with Paycom or similar systems is a plus)
- Your organizational skills and eye for accuracy are unmatched
