Brand Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive consumer awareness, engagement, and loyalty
- Oversee the development and execution of packaging designs, ensuring brand consistency, shelf appeal, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with designers and agencies to bring packaging concepts to life
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and traditional media
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure new product launches align with brand positioning and consumer expectations
- Conduct research to analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform branding and packaging decisions
- Partner with sales, R&D, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and product lines

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the CPG industry
- Proven experience in packaging development, including design execution and collaboration with creative teams
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with retail and eCommerce marketing
- Excellent project management and creative problem-solving skills
